These Terms govern your use of the IQ Calls platform, APIs, dashboards, and related services. By creating an account or sending data to IQ Calls you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptable use

You will only ingest audio, transcripts, and metadata that you have the legal right to process. You will not use IQ Calls to violate TCPA, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, or other applicable regulations.

2. Data ownership

You retain ownership of uploaded calls and derived analytics. IQ Calls may store and process this data solely to provide the service, improve detection, and meet legal requirements.

3. Billing

Usage is $0.40/hour (0.0067¢/min) after any promotional credit. You authorize IQ Calls to charge the payment method on file for metered usage and any add-on services.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. We may suspend access for abuse, unpaid invoices, or security concerns. Upon termination you may request deletion of stored call data.

5. Liability

IQ Calls is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQ Calls disclaims all implied warranties and limits total liability to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
