Encryption

All call audio, transcripts, and metadata are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).

Access controls

Role-based access, scoped API keys, and short-lived Supabase sessions keep data limited to authorized users.

Compliance posture

Built to support SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, and TCPA requirements with signed BAAs available on request.

Monitoring

Streaming logs, anomaly alerts, and automated queue health checks keep ingestion reliable.

Data residency

Primary infrastructure runs on Vercel + Supabase in US regions. Regional storage available for enterprise plans.
