Information we collect

We process call audio, transcripts, metadata (caller ID, buyer, source), support messages, and product telemetry necessary to operate IQ Calls. Authentication is handled through Supabase; we never store plain-text passwords.

How we use data

Data powers transcription, sentiment analysis, fraud detection, analytics dashboards, support, and product improvements. We do not sell customer data and we keep the use of upstream transcription partners confidential.

Sharing & retention

We share information only with subprocessors required to deliver the service (hosting, storage, monitoring). Recordings are encrypted at rest. You may request deletion at any time; we purge inactive data after 90 days.

Your controls

Admins can export or delete data through the dashboard or by emailing privacy@iqcalls.ai. Users in GDPR or CCPA regions may exercise access, correction, or portability rights via the same channel.
